Terms & Cancellation Policy

Real Tours Jamaica

By booking a tour or transportation service with Real Tours Jamaica, whether online, by phone, or through any other method, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

More than 120 hours (5 days) before the tour: Full refund

96 hours or less before the tour: 25% cancellation fee

48 hours or less before the tour: 50% cancellation fee

24 hours or less before the tour: No refund

Payment

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be made online by credit card or in cash on the day of the tour.

We accept all major credit cards online. American Express is not accepted on the day of the tour.

By making a reservation, you authorize us to charge the total booking amount plus any applicable taxes or service fees.

Changes & Availability

Real Tours Jamaica reserves the right to offer alternative tours of similar value or quality if circumstances beyond our control occur, including supplier overbooking or operational changes.

Liability

Real Tours Jamaica is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers involved in your excursion. We are also not liable for delays, damages, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather

Natural disasters

Government actions

Accidents or equipment failure

Civil disturbances or other force majeure events

Travel Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, passports, or any required travel documentation necessary to participate in their tour or excursion.

Cruise Ship Guarantee

If your cruise ship is diverted and does not dock in Jamaica, you will receive a full refund.
