We do  pick up inside the ship port and return you there at the end of the excursion.For hotels we do pick up in the main lobby of the resort and return you there at the end of the excursion as well? For airport transfer we pick up at the arrivals area outside of the airport terminal.

We accept all major credit cards online as well as Paypal. If you had only paid a deposit to secure your reservation and will be paying the balance when you arrive, we will accept all major credit cards except for AMEX.

You can book your tour directly through the website. If you just want to pay a deposit now and the balance on the day of the tour you can email us at( The balance will be due on the day of the excursion once you have met your driver upon pick up.You have the option of selecting beverages during checkout.

A customized tour is for groups of 3 or less persons. If you have less than the required 4 persons minimum you would select the customized option. If you are only 2 persons and do not wish to pay the customized price please email ( and inquire if there is a group that you can join on that day.

Drive time varies for each location. Send us an email to ( once you have an idea of what you want to do and we will tell you the drive time.

A good tip is whatever you can afford to give. Tipping is not mandatory but if you had a great day you can show your appreciation.

If you did not select the private option during the check out process you will be combined with another family for the excursion. All airport transfers are however private.

Tour duration is listed under each tour description. Most tours have a duration of 6 hours but could be less.
